Welcome to Abacus Public School

Abacus Public School is established and organized by the Abacus Educational Society of Lucknow,a Registered under Society Registration ACT No. 21, 1860 Uttar Pradesh, engaged in Educational and Social work in Uttar Pradesh and also recognized by U.P. Govt. from Pre-Primary to class VIII for English Medium.
This Institution is managed by Sri O.P. Sahu (M.A. [Eco, P.Sc. ] PGDCA, PGDJMC, B.Ed) and Principal Smt. Kamla Sahu M.A. (Eco, Soc.), B.Ed.
The School is situated in Hussainganj, Lucknow. It is situated in a very healthy locality and is therefore an ideal institution for parents to whom the health of their children is a matter of prime important.
Abacus Public School was founded in 2007, with the object of imparting value based education to students in a manner that conserve their religion, language and culture.

ADMISSION PROCEDURE


1) Admission are open from class Montessori from the age 3 years as on April 1 of the Academic years and a corresponding scale for other classes.

2) Registration forms are normally made available at the school office from January. The registration form should be duly filled in and submitted to the office with the following documents.
        i) 1 photocopy of the birth certificate either from the Municipal Office, Maternity
            Hospital or the village records.
        ii) Four Latest passport size colour photographs.

3) The date of birth of the student once entered in the Admission form/ Register will not be changed.

4) The candidate should submit the Report Card and Date of Birth Certificate or the photocopy of the Transfer Certificate at the time of registration. Information regarding promotion and detention or the class studying, whichever is applicable.

5) No admission will be granted without the Transfer Certificate(T.C.).

6) In case of late admission the fees for the entire academic year is payable.

FEE RULES

1. The last date for a paying the fee is the 10th of each month.

2. A late fee of Rs. 10.00 will be charged after 10th to 15th of each Month. After 15th an Additional late fee of Rs.10.00 will be charged for every 5 days till the fees are paid. If fees remains in arrears at the end of the month, a reminder will be sent to the Parent/Guardian.

3. Non-payment of fee will debar a pupil from appearing for the examination/receiving the report card. The student may be expelled from school.

4. Rs. 40/-will be charged for a duplicate fee card.

5. In any case fees will not be refunded.

GENERAL RULES OF DISPCIPLINE

1. Student are urged to contribute to the high tone of school by their manners and general behaviour.

2. They should be polite, friendly and well behaved in and outside the school. They should be respectful towards their elders and teachers and truthful at all times.

3. They should be orderly, clean in their person and neatly dressed and should also Co-operate to maintain cleanliness in school.

4. They should always uphold the value of cleanliness, silence, attention to work, respect to teachers and companions. A class-room should be looked upon as a place of reverence and discipline.

5. They should maintain absolute during the assembly and while moving into the class-room from the Assembly.

6. All must come to school neatly dressed, with lessons well prepared and home work done. Text and exercise books and related material should be brought to the day’s routine.

7. Students should always strive to speak English in the school premises and cultivate a habit of English conversation. They should maintain a high standard in Their conversation.

8. Students should, at all costs, avoid writing, carving and scratching on the walls and furniture. Such habits are an indication of low taste.

9. The school does not accept responsibility for the loss or money, stationary etc. Each student is responsible for his/her own things. It is not advisable to bring valuables to school. If the articles are found, they will be given to the school office and the same may be collected from there.

10. Students are forbidden to wear rings and bracelets made of gold, silver or any other material.

11. The school administration is not responsible for the safety of any pupil after school hours. Necessary arrangements therefore, should made to take the children home immediately after school only.

12. No student is allowed to bring Mobile to school.

PARENT TEACHER MEETINGS

1. Parent-Teacher Meetings are held regularly.

2. Parents/guardians are requested to make use of this time to meet the teacher and discuss the progress of their children and enable the teacher to understand their child better.

3. These meetings are of vital importance as the parent are co-partners in the process of education.

4. Outside these meetings the parents are not permitted to meet the teachers. In case of urgency Principal’s permission needed.

5. Parent are strictly forbidden to tip the school employees or staff members.

CO-CURRICULAR ACTIVITIES AND GAMES

1. The school attaches great importance to games and co-curricular activities. Children should willingly make time for them.

2. The school may organize various programs on important days of the years. The Parents and children will be notified from time to time.

3. Parent are requested to encourage their children to participate in these activities and encourage them by attending the games and other functions.

PRIZES

1. For each competitive meet, prizes will be awarded together with school Certificate.

2. Prizes may be awarded at the closure of the academic years for academic excellence,

3. general proficiency, full attendance, good handwriting, spoken English, maximum improvement, well manner, neet & clean
